Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received.

During peak periods, race events, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship:

  • Australia-wide

  • International shipping may be available and will be shown at checkout if applicable

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package size and weight

Any applicable duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier services and location.

  • Australia:
    Estimated 2–7 business days after dispatch

  • International:
    Estimated 7–21 business days after dispatch

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

  • JMS Motorsport is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed once they are in the hands of the courier

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

If your order contains pre-order or made-to-order items, the entire order may be shipped once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
